Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using PRANA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
Description of Service
PRANA is a Web3 platform that enables users to:
- Plant trees and earn PRAN rewards
- Join environmental communities
- Trade tree NFTs and tokens
- Participate in community activities
- Connect with other eco-conscious members
Payments are processed via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not accept cryptocurrency for tree purchases. Tree pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. Prepaid packs (GREEN Pack, FOREST Pack) are subject to their own terms.
User Accounts
Account Creation
You may create an account using your email address and password, or by connecting a compatible cryptocurrency wallet (Sign-In with Ethereum). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your wallet
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Updating your information when necessary
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses
You may use our Platform for lawful purposes only. You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect other users and their rights
- Use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Platform
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Use automated systems to access the Platform
Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CarbonX Agri Private Limited (operating as PRANA.GREEN) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Platform, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform.
Digital Assets and Rewards
Tree Planting Rewards
Rewards earned through tree planting are subject to the following terms:
- Rewards are non-transferable unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue rewards
- Rewards may be subject to additional terms and conditions
- Fraudulent activity may result in reward forfeiture
NFTs and Tokens
Any NFTs or tokens you earn or purchase through the Platform are subject to the terms of the underlying blockchain and smart contracts. We do not guarantee the value or utility of any digital assets.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may be subject to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Technical difficulties and outages
- Third-party service interruptions
- Force majeure events
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarbonX Agri Private Limited (PRANA.GREEN) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CarbonX Agri Private Limited (PRANA.GREEN) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Platform. Please also review our Refund Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, India.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
