Overview
PRANA.GREEN is operated by CarbonX Agri Private Limited. When you purchase trees through our platform, your payment funds real tree planting activities in verified reforestation sites. Once a tree is planted, the process cannot be reversed — the tree is in the ground, the work has been done, and the environmental impact is permanent.
For this reason, we have a strict no-refund policy for tree planting purchases once the order has been processed and trees have been allocated for planting.
No Refunds After Planting
All tree planting purchases are final and non-refundable once:
- Payment has been successfully processed
- Your order has been confirmed and verified
- Trees have been allocated to planting partners
We cannot refund the amount for trees that have been or will be planted. The funds are committed to reforestation activities, and the environmental impact cannot be undone.
This policy applies to:
- Individual tree purchases
- Prepaid packs (GREEN Pack, FOREST Pack)
- Gift tree purchases
- Carbon offset purchases
- Free tree claims (no payment, but the tree is non-refundable)
Exceptions
In the following limited circumstances, we may consider a refund or credit at our sole discretion:
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount.
- Payment before processing: If you contact us immediately after a failed or incomplete payment attempt and no order was created, we may assist with refunding any erroneous charge.
